Tickets
Reading time: 3 mins
To serve the needs of the team's fans, the Club must be informed at least 4 months before the match (the same deadline given by Arsenal to the Supporters Clubs) of who wishes to attend. This allows us to take all necessary actions to secure tickets, as the global demand is enormous. The deadlines are posted on the Club's social media, and you can find them there or contact us for any further information.
It should be emphasized that:
a) The tickets obtained through the Club's efforts are for financially settled members only. Become a member.
b) In case of high demand, a priority system will be followed.
c) If there is simultaneous registration and a ticket request for a high-demand game (e.g., Arsenal – Tottenham, Arsenal – Man United), we cannot guarantee finding a ticket, unless the applicant is the only one interested in that specific game, which is highly unlikely.
You can safely book your flights if you are the only one interested in a low-demand game. Otherwise, it is advisable to wait for Arsenal’s approval of the tickets we have requested.
Note that from 1/10/2021, a passport, not just a simple ID, is required for travel to the UK.
Procedure
1. As a registered member of the Supporters Club, and with your details shared with Arsenal FC, you request a ticket through the Club for the game you are interested in.
2. A few days after the deadline for each match, set by Arsenal for the Supporters Clubs, the ticket approval (meaning the ticket is secured and it’s yours) and its price are confirmed, and we notify you as soon as possible.
3. Arsenal charges for the ticket 7-10 days before the match, and at that time, we inform you of the exact amount you need to pay based on the match category, seating, and the exchange rate.
4. We send you the e-tickets (see image), and you prepare your scarf for the match!
Additional Information
Games are divided into three categories, and Arsenal prices tickets accordingly:
Category C: £30-40
Category B: £50-60
Category A: £70-100
Usually, the tickets we acquire are in blocks 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, and when it's a very low-demand game (League Cup, FA Cup, friendlies), the chances increase for other blocks as well. You can view the perspective from the seats indicated on your ticket (e.g., "Block 116 Row 3 Seat 701").

General Ticket Management Rules
(Updated 2024) All rules are based on extensive experience in ticket management to ensure smooth communication with everyone, the protection of the Supporters Club, and fair distribution of tickets among all members.
Generally
1 membership has the right to ask for 1 ticket for all official Arsenal matches.
We operate on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.
Each member is entitled to only 1 ticket during the 2024-2025 football season. More can be requested only if cancellations occur and no one else requests them.
For finals, supporters clubs usually do not get tickets as they are exhausted by higher-priority fan tiers.
Home Friendlies
1 membership = multiple tickets
Large allocation, available from the club.
Premier League
The club usually does not get tickets for Arsenal's away matches as they are quickly sold out.
Guaranteed ticket allocation for each home match is 2. If demand exceeds the guaranteed amount, applicants will have to wait until the match deadline to see the final allocation.
New members are not entitled to tickets for Category A games (City, United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham), as older members rightfully have priority, given the massive global demand.
If an older member has received a ticket for a Category A game last year, priority will go to another older member who has not yet received a ticket for such a game.
There are two application windows for tickets:
1) From the day the schedule is released until 31.08.2024 for all home matches in 2024.
2) From 01.09.2024 onwards for all home matches in 2025
No applications are accepted if the last match of the season is home, as part of the priority system.
FA Cup / League Cup
We are not entitled to tickets for away matches.
For home FA Cup and League Cup matches, the club's allocation is much larger than for Premier League games, so we accept large requests and groups. Unfortunately, the deadlines are short and sudden from the club to the Supporters Clubs.
Champions League
We are entitled to tickets for away matches as well. However, the allocation depends on overall demand and the accessibility of the country. Larger allocations are available for Balkan countries.
Example:
Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain: tickets are rare and hard to get.
Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey: possibility for group trips.
From next season, home group stage games will be 4. We get a larger allocation than for Premier League matches (between 2 and 6 tickets).
In the round of 16, we get 2-4 tickets depending on the opponent.
In the quarter-finals, we get 2 tickets.
In the semi-finals, we do not accept applications from newly registered members. Priority will be given based on seniority/contribution.
