Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I meet you?

The Supporters Club is located at 8 Mpaltadorou Street, at the "Bit Bazaar" area. You can find us there during every Arsenal match!

Do I need a membership to attend the weekly meetings for the games?

Absolutely not! Everyone is welcome, even fans of the opposing team, as long as they respect that it’s a meeting for Arsenal fans. Additionally, you are not obligated to buy a beer, coffee, or anything from the makeshift bar during your visit. The Club is non-profit, and the proceeds go solely towards the maintenance and improvement of the space.

Do I need to be a resident of Thessaloniki to become a member?

No, we accept and have Gunners from various parts of Greece and abroad. However, if you're in Southern Greece, you should know that there’s also the Arsenal Hellas Club in Athens!

TICKETS

Do I need to be a member to apply for a ticket?

Only registered members of the Supporters Club, which is recognized by the club, can apply for tickets. We request the exact number of tickets for a match based on the number of members who express their interest. This ensures that the club avoids financial strain and that fan details are readily available to Arsenal.

Can I get a ticket for an away match?

The tickets we can request from Arsenal for English competitions are primarily for home games. Tickets for low-demand away games may be available, and it’s usually easier to secure tickets for European matches, especially away games.

How much do the tickets cost?

Matches are divided into three categories: A, B, and C. Category A includes the most expensive tickets, typically for high-demand matches like those against Manchester United or Tottenham. Category B might include a Manchester United match for the FA Cup, and Category C could feature games against teams like Cardiff or Europa League matches. Ticket prices also vary based on seat location. For example, tickets in the upper tier, centrally located, could cost £97 for a Category A match, £56.50 for a Category B match, and £39.50 for a Category C match. In rare cases, some tickets might even be priced as low as £18 for certain positions.
